Abstract submission
Participants who wish to give a presentation (oral or poster)
must submit an abstract. Abstracts are invited on the topics
outlined in the conference themes and
others falling within the scope of the conference. Accepted
abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings and on
the NHF web pages. Please
note that last registration date to have abstracts included in
the proceedings is July 1, 2012.
The papers must not have been previously published or submitted
elsewhere. Only one page abstracts will be accepted in the
conference proceedings. The abstracts must be formulated
according to the
template.
Language of the abstracts is English. It is the author’s
responsibility to submit a correct abstract. Any errors in
spelling, grammar or scientific fact will be reproduced as typed
by the author.
The deadline for abstract submission has been extended until
March 15, 2012. The
authors will be notified about the acceptance of their abstracts
either for oral or poster presentation by April 23, 2012
(postdated; previously announced date was April 1, 2012).
The abstracts should be submitted by e-mail to thule (at)
oulu.fi latest on March 15, 2012. Please state in your e-mail,
whether you wish to give an oral or poster presentation. In
addition, the abstract should also be registered using
Abstract
registration form.
Please note that unregistered abstracts will not be considered.

All writers are strongly encouraged to submit their full papers
to be published in a Special Issue of the
Hydrology Research
journal
after the conference.
