Fees and registration
The registration fee for the Conference includes the welcome reception,
conference dinner, daily lunches and coffees and the walking tour in the
City Park. Excursions require additional fees.

Fee reductions
Students and participants from Baltic and economically weak countries
may apply for a 200 € fee reduction. The reduction can only be granted
if the applicant is presenting an abstract in the conference. Preference
will be given to the members of NHF.
Applications should be sent by May 20, 2012 to the local organizing
committee (e-mail: thule (at) oulu.fi). Note that you may apply for the
grant after you have submitted the abstract.
Applicants
will be informed about the decisions of the fee reduction latest on
June 1, 2012.
